Pablo Restrepo (Ph.D)
Originally from Colombia in South America, Pablo trained as an academic in British Columbia. His training is mainly in Hispanic literature. When a student at the University of Victoria asked him to oversee his thesis on Spanish explorers in Canada, the subject became an obsession for him.
Robin Inglis
Despite being born in England, since his arrival on the West Coast of Canada, Robin became obsessed with studying the influence of Spanish explorers in British Columbia. Robin was one of the first researchers to strengthen ties between Spain and Canada to give visibility to the stories behind this period.
